Each member 18 years of age or older shall be entitled to one vote. Votes must be made in person and not by proxy or otherwise.Outline for the AGM :
- Adoption of the agenda;
- Adoption of the minutes of the previous AGM;
- Review of the financial statements and auditor's report;
- Appointment of the Auditors for 2024;
- Election of the officers and directors;
Motions that will be voted upon at the 2024 AGM.
